PreSeason Collective LLC is being built with an athlete-first mindset and is intended to operate within all applicable NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) regulations at the high school and collegiate levels.

All collaborations will be executed through written agreements that define: revenue sharing percentages, product quantities, usage of names and imagery, term lengths, and any required approvals from schools, conferences, or governing bodies.

Program concepts described on this site — including the MVP Program, Locker Room marketplace, and PreSeason Packs — are subject to change as we finalize legal review, compliance guidelines, and partnership structures.
